关于兰州牛肉面

Lanzhou beef noodles, swimming in a clear soup, garnished with white radish, red chillis  green caraway and yellow noodles( the nature color of the wheat).

Dubbed the “No.1 noodles in China”. The Lanzhou beef noodles were first created in 1875 in Qing Dynasty. They have since become a kind of internationally renowned Chinese style fast food.

The noodles can be pulled different size from 1 mm to 20 mm in wider or slimmer sizes to meet different preferences.
